The EIT Food Farm to Fork programme is looking for innovative ideas to build a food system fit for the future

The EIT Food RIS Inspire summer programme is looking for innovative ideas to build a food system fit for the future, producing healthy and sustainable food for all, supporting student entrepreneurship and innovation. 
 
For students, this is a unique opportunity to work as a team on a start-up project with students from all over Europe, to acquire skills and network through an EU-funded summer school. 
 
In the Summer School “Farm to Fork: Sustainable Production and Consumption in Public Canteen”, you will focus on urban farming and to a hand-to-hand approach, experiencing a journey through the value chain, from the production of local, organic products and the use of diversified sources of proteins to the co-development and co-design of more sustainable and healthier menus. 
 
When? From 5th to 23rd September 2022. The programme consists of three-week courses, available 24/7 online. It will be delivered in a blended format through live online sessions and online earning on your own schedule.
