WHAT
In co-organization with Garage48, Estonian University of Life Sciences and Estonian Research Council, and in partnership with Polli Horticultural Research Centre, TFTAK, TalTech, BioCC, and Tartu Biotechnology Park (EIT Food), the second food technology hackathon will take place on 27-29th of January 2023 in Estonia. The event is also supported by Orkla.
WHERE AND HOW?
Garage48 Food hackathon 2022/23 on January 27-29 is an entirely ON-SITE event at the Estonian University of Life Sciences in Tartu.
PHYSICAL FOOD RELATED SOLUTIONS
Like said, 9 teams are already prototyping their edible products at the laboratories. These teams will bring their food product(s) to the hackathon to be tasted by the jury. At the hackathon, they have to create a business and marketing plan for the product, a concept for packaging and some branding, and a clickable prototype (a landing page). See the accepted food ideas on Eventornado and apply to join a team where your skills are needed!
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT RELATED SOLUTIONS
Teams must develop a clickable prototype in 48 hours.
???? Register and submit your software-based idea on EVENTORNADO.
