In co-organisation with Garage48, Estonian University of Life Sciences and Estonian Research Council, and partnership with Polli Horticultural Research Centre, TFTAK, TalTech, Ministry of Rural Affairs, and BioCC, a first in its kind hackathon of food technology will take place 22-24 October 2021 in Estonia, to find solutions to different challenges in the food industry.<\/div>\n

Garage48 invites bio- and food technologists, food safety professionals, food policy experts, agriculturers, entrepreneurs, developers, marketers, business visionaries, and (UX\/UI) designers to solve food systems and production challenges and contribute to developing more environmentally friendly and sustainable eating habits in food technology.<\/div>\n

\"????\"<\/span> WHERE AND HOW?<\/div>\n
Garage48 Food will take place both as an ON-SITE (at the Estonian University of Life Sciences) and ONLINE event. On-site spots are limited.<\/div>\n
For physical food development related solutions, teams have to create a short master plan in 48 hours, i.e. step-by-step of what they want to develop, what they need for it, the expected outcome, etc. together with a clickable prototype of their product (a mobile app, landing page).<\/div>\n
