The EIT Food RIS Inspire summer programme is looking for\"\"<\/a> innovative ideas to build a food system fit for the future, producing healthy and sustainable food for all, supporting student entrepreneurship and innovation.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong>

<\/span>For students, this is a unique opportunity to work as a team on a start-up project with students from all over Europe<\/strong>, to acquire skills<\/strong> and network<\/strong> through an EU-funded<\/strong> summer school.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

<\/span>In the Summer School “Farm to Fork: Sustainable Production and Consumption in Public Canteen”, you will focus on urban farming<\/strong> and to a hand-to-hand approach<\/strong>, experiencing a journey through the value chain, from the production of local<\/strong>, organic<\/strong> products<\/strong> and the use of diversified<\/strong> sources<\/strong> of<\/strong> proteins<\/strong> to the co-development and co-design of more sustainable and healthier menus<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

<\/span>When? From 5th to 23rd September 2022.<\/strong> The programme consists of three-week courses, available 24\/7 online. It will be delivered in a blended format through live online sessions and online earning on your own schedule.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
