        "rendered": "<p><strong>The European Commission has recently launched the India IP SME Helpdesk, a new initiative supporting SMEs from the EU and COSME associated countries to both protect and enforce their Intellectual Property (IP) rights in or relating to India.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"paragraph-2933-1-content\" class=\"ecl-accordion2__content\" role=\"region\">\n<div class=\"ecl-editor\">\n<h6>The India IP SME Helpdesk provides the following services free-of-charge:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Helpline service<\/strong>, answering all IP-related enquiries within 3 working days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training service<\/strong>, training sessions on matters of IP protection in India organised online and on-sight throughout Europe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IP Resources<\/strong>, a library of material providing practical information related to IP protection in India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>For more information please visit: <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/IndiaIPHelpdesk\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/IndiaIPHelpdesk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In addition, the India IP SME Helpdesk brings extra benefits to SMEs. By joining their Collaborator Programme, SMEs will be able to offer to their members training sessions on different IP aspects (trademark, copyright, patent, design) tailored to their needs and to the business sector in which they operate.
