Workshop and consultations for biotechnology companies on 28th and 29th of August, 2018

On 28th and 29th of August a highly respected life sciences entrepreneur and advisor Iordanis Arzimanoglou will hold 2 workhops:”Precision Medicine’s impact on clinical diagnostics: Precision Diagnostics” and “How to support and fund the process from a Discovery to Biobusiness”. Event is free of charge and open to all registered participants. The registration will be open until August 21st, 2018.

The general topic is how to create a business from science ideas. The presentation will cover a range of aspects in clinical diagnostics/prognostics with emphasis on oncology, including current global scientific trends, need to be identified, developing and establishing key partnerships with perhaps few selected examples, market landscape, funding possibilities for SMEs, etc. In addition, and as part of funding, but focusing also on other than funding support, we will dedicate a bit of time on EIC|SME Instrument Program with few examples and other relevant EC platforms and/or private finding possibilities.

The lectorer Iordanis Arzimanoglou is Senior Advisor to Genetic Diagnostic/ Biomarker SMEs and registered EASME|SME Instrument Business Innovation Coach. More about his background can be found on Linkedin.

Target groups are all the local life science (biotechnology, medicine, etc) entrepreneurs and scientists in Estonia.
